Meeting Plans for this week

We have passed our inspection! 

 

We are ready to move.  Here is what is planned for tomorrow.

 

July 4, 2012

 

  9:00am         Landa meets with C.O. at Old Kingdom Hall

 

10:00am        We need friends with trucks and trailers to help move chairs and other items to storage.

                       Also we will need a team to help clean the Old Kingdom Hall when we have moved it all out.

                        We have to be finished with the cleaning before 1pm.  The Masons are coming over and

                         want to start working on the parking lot.

                          Myself and Harvey Schubert will be organizing this work.

                        Alex Miller will organize the cleaning.

                          Also you might bring with you your own drinks and lunch, no food will be provided.

 

 

10:00am          We need to clean the New Kingdom Hall.  We will need friends to arrive at the New Kingdom

                        Hall to clean.  Please bring your own cleaning supplies to the new Kingdom Hall.  Also you

                         might bring with you your own drinks and lunch, no food will be provided.  Jess Romero will

                        take the lead in organizing the cleaning.

 

Wednesday          Spanish have there meeting at new Kingdom Hall.  So we must get it clean!

 

Thursday            Landa has there meeting at New Kingdom Hall.  For C.O. VISIT.

 

Friday                Morningside has there meeting at New Kingdom Hall.

 

Saturday            Clear Springs has there meeting at 11am.  School and Service meeting.

                            New Kingdom Hall.

 

Sunday                Various times for PT/WT.  New Kingdom Hall.
